Sul on võimalus tulla puhkama kunagise Mutti suvemõisa teenijatemajasse. Olen suure hoole ja armastusega ise kogu maja renoveerinud, rentida saab majaosa (80m2 ja 4 magamiskohta). Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Meil on mõnusalt vaikne ja rahulik elamupiirkond. Maja taga on terviserada ja looduspark. Mereni jõuad 10 minutilise jalutuskäiguga. Majutuskoha lähedal on toidupoed, restoranid, kaubanduskeskused. Linn, loomaaed, spad asuvad mugavalt lähedal.

Mõnus kahekorruseline majakene Pärnu linnas on hea võimalus nautida rahu ja vaikust. Maja on just läbinud põhjaliku renoveerimise ning on olemas kõik vajalikud mugavused. Majas on kolm eraldi magamistuba - kahes toas on kaheinimese voodid ja ühes on kolm üheinimese voodit, millest üks on lapse voodi. Majas on kaks vannituba, millest ühes on ka vann. Maja ümber on privaatne aed, kus saab tasuta parkida ning oma seltskonnaga aega veeta ja einestada.

The condo has a very interesting design. There are lots of little stairs, different levels and little extra places, that are not on the pictures. A private garden, terrace and sauna add some great extra value. The first floor consists of a hallway, livingroom, kitchen and a huge bathroom with sauna and laundry room. The second floor is a spacious bedroom with its own little bathroom. The place is ideal for families to spend some time in Pärnu.
