The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

This is the perfect place to relax in nature, surrounded by numerous beautiful lakes and the sea. The closest lake and seaside are less than 1 km from the property, and just 3 km away you’ll find a stunning white sandy beach with crystal-clear blue waves. Nearby are the Vilsandi National Park and the iconic abandoned Kiipsaare lighthouse. This location offers plenty of freedom and fresh air—so much so that even nature itself comes here to take a vacation!

Kajamaa Holiday Home

Attractive, nature friendly place where you can relax and take time off. WiFi, 2 double-bed, sauna, swimming pool (during warmer seasons), grill, option to sit outside. We also offer additional services. It is possible to rent a hot tub for additional fee. During winter it can be used till 22.00-23.00 (depends on the day). Hot tub can't be rented if it's colder than -6 degrees. Gameroom in open from March to October for additional fee.
