The District 5 Schoolhouse was historically built "with not a single nail in the structure" in the 1800's. It still stands as a symbol of dedication to craftsmanship and community. Lovingly restored, preserving as much of the original soul as possible, it promises to be a luxury stay in understated sophistication with 100% linen sheets, beautiful kitchen/dining, lovely private outdoor space, tranquil idyllic work/recharge areas, and enough space to make your own history. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

Perfect for family or friends to relax and enjoy Indiana’s Dunes National Park! The Holliday House is a 2022 custom built home with lake views and a beach path just STEPS from the front door! This 2000 sq ft open concept design features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 16’ ceilings, open great room with beautiful indoor/outdoor kitchen, custom dining seating for 8, and loft hammock. Hosts live next door and are easily available if needed! Everything is on the 1st floor except for the 3rd bedroom.

Luxury farm retreat on 7 wooded acres with hot tub, yoga shed, fire pit, fully fenced yard & pond! This home is a five minute drive to the beach, blueberry picking, Burn 'Em Brewing, Shady Creek Winery, next to Tryon Farm or 10 minute drive to downtown, the casino, and the outlet mall, but our guess is that you won't want to leave the property! This designer home has super comfy beds, 800 thread count sheets, a gourmet coffee bar, screened in porch, and even a tiny library in the laundry room

Enjoy sunsets and lake views from the hot tub on the expansive deck or while grilling on the Weber gas grill.

Walking distance to quaint Downtown Whiting , Lake Michigan, Whihala Beach & Lakefront trails. The Horseshoe Casino, Wolf Lake & Pavilion, Hammond Sportsplex, Calumet College, PNW, IUN, U of Chicago, BP, & golf courses are a short drive. See Chicago's Skyline at Lakefront Park. Chicago's attractions & Hard Rock Casino are < 30 mins away.

Located just 1 mile from Lake Michigan. Lake Trail Cottage is the closest home in Pines and just minutes from Beverly Shores beaches! The cottage has two bedrooms one bath. With basement Rec room. Home sleeps 7. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, 42in Smart TV. The second room has a full size bed. Pullout couch/ living room. Calumet Trail and South Shore Train (Chicago)is located directly behind home. South Shore train to Chicago is 1 mile from house. Bikes & beach supplies included.
