A Studio Apt in Butler Tarkington
The bright and sunny studio apartment is a just few blocks from Butler University. It is equipped with a private bath, kitchen, washer and dryer and a 42' TV with basic cable. The bathroom has a deep custom tub/shower and is stocked with the basics. The memory foam queen bed is very comfortable and is dressed with fresh linens. There is also off street parking on the left side of the driveway. Walking distance to Butler, grocery and restaurants.
