Nice and peaceful place. Really like the bay view through the window. Highly recommended.

Bedrooms were really super. Whole apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Kitchen had enough equipment to do a breakfast / snack or microwave meal but there is only a microwave oven and rings. Access was via a smart lock which was very easy to use and worked really well - much better than usual Lockbox. Extremely convenient location. Short walk to Torre Abbey and the seafront.

Fantastic weekend , we stayed in the loft which was ideal space to come back to after exploring Clovelly and Bude ❤️ … AND We had amazing pizza from the flame factory which had the best gluten free pizza for my partner !

We know this area well and Kingfisher Cottage exceeded our expectations - well equipped and plenty of space in beautiful, quiet surroundings. We hope to return for a longer visit. The scones, jam and clotted cream were a lovely touch as well - delicious!

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

My mother had a wonderful stay. Julie was brilliant - was v proactive, gave clear instructions and very helpful. The accommodation was fantastic , furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Great location as well near the high street.

Jack was clearly looking out for us and saw immediately what we needed (getting the bikes stored and getting out of the rain). He is obviously proud of his place and its history, and showed a real passion for it whilst being sensitive to our energy levels. There's a generosity here too (Neal's Yard toiletries) and a flair for decoration (Iain's speciality), giving the house a quirky, homely feel whilst respecting its history. Breakfast was reasonably-priced and beautifully presented. We loved every minute of our stay here.

We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

Combe Martin was much quieter than we remember from our last visit but was so easy to get to Ilfracombe and other places we wanted to visit. Found great places to eat and drink close by in the village, amazing walks and views and locals were all so friendly. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. It was excellent to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my Mum, who is a bit unsteady on her feet. The log burner was easy to use and incredibly efficient, a lovely way to end the day. The kitchen was really well designed. Nic and Rick were really responsive and the check in and out was straightforward and very relaxed. Thanks Nic and Rick for a perfect weekend stay!

Monkey manor is lovely. Feels very private and it was a good space. So easy to get to Longleat but also Warminster town and leisure grounds all within walking distance. Antonia was a very responsive host, answering any questions quickly and helping out.

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

We had such a lovely time exploring Wiltshire including Stourhead while using Tamsin’s beautiful converted barn as a base! Tamsin was friendly and generous baking us brownies and giving local advice. Garden was absolutely beautiful in spring with the daisies and wisteria and her cats were very sweet! Such a lovely area of the country to explore! Thank you again Tamsin!

This is a beautiful annex in a pretty town - the location was perfect for us in the festive period. Everything was squeaky clean and there was were some lovely features to make the space personal and cosy. The only difference from our expectations was the lack of a hob/cooker - seeing the place had a kitchen we brought all the bits for cooked breakfasts, but the cooking equipment is a toaster, kettle and combi microwave. Luckily there were nice cafes nearby and we had a lovely stay, thank you!

I cannot recommend the place enough. Host was very communicative and accommodating and welcome me with my cat, even allowed me to arrived earlier. I know Brixham quite well as I used to leave there so it was easy coming and going from the place. Also, my daughter lives near by so the property was perfect as could be at her house and in few minutes walk to check my cat. The flat is comfortable and just the right size, clean and with all the necessary equipment. Thank you Stephen for allowing me to stay at your place, it was like being at home away from home.

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

Beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped studio, with wonderful personalised touches and welcome note. Lovely plant-themed space and the private courtyard and table for morning coffee and breakfast on a sunny day was brilliant. Easily walkable to Teignmouth centre or station and across the bridge to Sheldon. Guest book is full of helpful information and recommendations. Highly recommended, great hosts, very helpful and descriptive check in details and super responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in Combe Hay at Georgina’s apartment and didn’t want to go home! The village and countryside around it was perfect for long walks with the dog, followed by a pint of local cider at the Wheatsheaf across the road. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and the courtyard becomes a sun trap when the weather is good. I would definitely recommend staying here and the late check-out as standard is ideal for a leisurely departure.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)

Charlotte is the perfect host. Accommodating all my requests regarding the environment. The room was cozy and clean. Had a great sleep in the lovely bed. Would definitely stay again

this place should be rated 10 stars, perfect house host, everything in the house is of luxury quality, from kitchen to bathroom and towels and I'm extremely fussy about beds but I slept better here than at home! very peaceful beautiful views walks BBQ excellent, rooms so well put together dog loved it here she couldn't escape at all and she's tiny! we have stayed all over the world and I have to say this is one of the best we have stayed in for comfort peace and sheer bliss ! thank you will be returning soon XX ps the walks around the mill are also amazing 😍 even the dishwasher is excellent 👌 sofas huge and comfy lovely just everything you could need and I instructions perfect we are very blown away well done to our hosts and thank you
