Het ontbijt moet u zelf verzorgen maar voor heerlijke broodjes kunt u terecht bij de plaatselijke bakker, deze is op loopafstand. Bij aankomst vind u diverse drankjes in de koelkast. Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping wat toegankelijk is met een trap er is geen lift aanwezig. Er is een Frans balkon dat uitzicht geeft over het water.
