The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

The Stable House is the perfect location to enjoy the glorious Tyne Valley. Located between the quaint historic villages of Corbridge & Riding Mill, both a short drive away. Guests will enjoy a cozy warm home with newly fitted kitchen/diner/lounge, new furniture & a new bathroom suite. The home is fully private with its own entrance and is annexed off a country home. A charming cosy cottage, set in the heart of the village a stones throw from the village shop, pub and takeaway. The cottage can comfortably accommodate a family of four in one king bedroom (with freestanding roll top bath) along with a second cosy twin bedroom . There is a shower room and toilet on both floors. To the rear is a sunny enclosed courtyard and terrace. Wonderful walks are on the doorstep along with stunning views. The Garth: A Swaledale Panorama

The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .
