Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets, smoking and not suitable for children. Five other cottages on this peaceful working farm so please enjoy and respect our neighbours. Breakfast included

Great base for exploring the area. With pubs and coop 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Recently renovated to a high standard but still feels characterful and cosy. Underfloor heating, induction hob and super insulated. 2 well behaved dogs only are allowed for a small fee. Sorry no other pets allowed.

The cottage is a recently refurbished barn conversion ideally located just 2 miles from the historic market town of Barnard Castle. The property offers plenty of private parking, private American porch style seating area to the front and pretty courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating and dining area. The outdoor areas are secure and ideal for dogs. Maximum one dog allowed. Additional £20 cleaning fee.
