Devon Country B&B suite with private lounge

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Cosy beach studio with sea views

Studio 9 is a cosy coastal getaway, 2 blocks from Woolacombe beach, overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside and the Atlantic ocean. Located in the heart of Woolacombe, you're a stones throw from shops, bars & restaurants, as well as several great beaches and some lovely walks. The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

Farmhouse annexe with home-cooked breakfast

Self contained bed & breakfast accommodation on a farm surrounded by Bodmin Moor countryside. The one bedroom annexe, our only guest room, is next to the farmhouse with its own entrance, large bedroom/sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and modern bathroom. A cosy retreat for couples chilling after a day exploring the North Cornwall area. An inclusive Cornish breakfast is served in the farmhouse next door, and there's two great country pubs nearby. One well behaved dog welcome.

Thatched Devon Cottage by stream near beach

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space has a lot of character with exposed old oak beams and an oak wood floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a stylish double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft' with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna session and a private log fired hot tub session .

Double room in Torquay UK (Room 2)

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We sometimes foster cats, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

Self Contained, Cozy Riverside Cottage

A self-contained cottage in the heart of the Blackdown Hills, an AONB, where you can escape the stresses of everyday life. Relax in the Mediterranean style garden with the sounds of the river flowing close by while enjoying a BBQ, and a sun trap courtyard for an alfresco breakfast. There is an award winning pub a stones throw away, where you can enjoy food and drink, and a local shop which provides home-baked goods and all you could need for a picnic.

Willow Haven

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
