Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Vakantiewoning op boerenerf

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Op een steenworp (12km)van Amsterdam, midden in het historische centrum van Monnickendam ligt dit comfortabele huisje voor 3 personen met een eigen ingang, geen eigen tuin. Winkels, restaurants, terrassen en het IJsselmeer op loopafstand. Amsterdam, Volendam en Marken op fiets afstand. Volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser, oven/magnetron, koelkast, 4 pits inductie. Slaapkamer met een tweepersoons en een eenpersoons bed. Douche, toilet en wasbak, verwarming, wifi, televisie.

Welkom in deze voormalige brandweer kazerne welke nu een lux- en modern huis is voor zowel kort- als lang verblijf. Dit vrijstaande huis met parkeergelegenheid ligt op een van de mooiste plekjes van het dorp. Het huis heeft een ruime en comfortabele woonkamer met een volledige uitgeruste keuken, een ruime badkamer met een apart toilet en heeft alle gemakken die men nodig heeft, waaronder handdoeken en uw verse espresso in de ochtend. Ons huis is rookvrij, drugs en feestvrij.

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Relaxation space and a unique experience on the water, but with the luxury of a house. including free bicycles and canoes. Located on its own private island with 2 goats. behind our own yard. wonderfully warm in the winter and wonderfully cool in the summer, thanks to the air conditioning / heat pump.
