Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
