Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Ons guesthouse ‘Achterom’ staat in het prachtige, rustige Watergang. Je bent in 12 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam met de auto of bus. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een (korte) vakantie nodig hebt. Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

Living in a typical dutch house, but also close to all places of touristic interest is a unique combination that will make your stay fantastic!

A slice of paradise near Amsterdam

This old-Dutch farm house is situated on a little island with it's own bridge. With the city on a 15 minutes distance, you'd be surprised of the calm and serene atmosphere. The surrounded nature is ideal for ice skating, cycling and boat trips. We have a canoe you can use in front of the house. A very warm and welcome family home in a green landscape and close to Amsterdam. Everything you need is there to use and enjoy. Children toys available and private parking. We have a really sweet cat that (Smoes) will keep you company in return of some food:) And the 3 checken will provide fresh eggs.

In our peaceful tinyhouse, with view on the lighthouse you can enjoy the Island feeling to the max! Waking up with the sound of the waves and the birds you realy relax completly! If back to basic is not your thing, or if you don't like cute little lam, then this is not your place to be....
