Notre maison est située au centre de Vaugines , petit village paisible. Le studio avec accès indépendant au dernier étage muni d'une terrasse avec vue sur les toits, la Ste Victoire et le jardin. A deux minutes , la place de la fontaine avec la Mairie, le restaurants l'Insitio (pour les gourmets) et le café (pizzeria). En 10 et 30 mns vous serez à Lourmarin, la Roque d'Anthèron, Aix en Provence lieux de festivals prestigieux. Vous profiterez des chemins, sentiers, routes sillonnant le Luberon.

Vastes espaces extérieurs aménagés. 3 chambres doubles avec salles d’eau + 2 chambres simples 2 bâtiments indépendants (chambre + sdb chacune) peuvent compléter la maison : "La Chapelle" (1 couple) et "Le Pigeonnier" (1 couple + 1 personne) : nous consulter (ne peuvent être loués séparément). Charming and spacious studio located in the center, in a renovated three century-old home. Ideally situated 40 m. from the main street with restaurants and shops; nevertheless the studio is in a quiet area along a small creek, with a view over gardens. Quaint studio has access to a Provencal and Japanese inspired garden with a large lawn, water features (waterlily and fish ponds), outdoor kitchen (sink, plancha, bbq, dinnerware), and a gazebo with 4 loveseats. Wifi access from the garden.

Le studio d'une superficie de 28 m², avec entrée indépendante, est équipé de : - 1 coin nuit avec un lit en 150x200. - 1 salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, machine à laver et wc. - 1 coin cuisine avec frigo, four micro-ondes, plaque induction, hotte, évier. - 1 coin salon avec TV. - 1 terrasse privative avec accès direct à la piscine et le coin paillote.

La maison de 120 m2 est composée d'une pièce à vivre avec une grande table en bois, une cuisine ouverte, un poêle à bois pour l'hiver ouvrant sur la terrasse privative. Les deux chambres avec salle de bain ouvrant sont équipées d'un bureau.

The Petit Mas is peacefully located 3km out of the hustle and bustle of the picturesque and lively town of Lourmarin with its many restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly Friday Provencal Market and a Farmer's Market on Tuesday evenings. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.
