Le studio sur les toits au cœur du Luberon

Notre maison est située au centre de Vaugines , petit village paisible. Le studio avec accès indépendant au dernier étage muni d'une terrasse avec vue sur les toits, la Ste Victoire et le jardin. A deux minutes , la place de la fontaine avec la Mairie, le restaurants l'Insitio (pour les gourmets) et le café (pizzeria). En 10 et 30 mns vous serez à Lourmarin, la Roque d'Anthèron, Aix en Provence lieux de festivals prestigieux. Vous profiterez des chemins, sentiers, routes sillonnant le Luberon.

Studio de 15m2 a proximité de notre habitation mais totalement independant. Il est situé au coeur d'un petit village provençale. A 3 km de Lourmarin et a une demi heure d'Aix en provence. Ce studio vous permettra de vous reposer, teletravailler ou profiter d'un sejour avec votre partenaire, amis, seul ou en famille. attention ⚠️: pour rentrer au parking il faut manœuvrer. Une place de parking est disponible a l'interieur de notre maison pour une voiture de taille moyenne. (308, c3, golf , van.)

15th Century Village house perched on top of a hill with beautiful views. A south facing terrace looking to the Petit Luberon mountains. A complete renovation provides all modern day comforts and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day in Provence. The village of Menerbes (A Year in Provence - Peter Mayle) has mostly local villagers living here. Beautiful walks and cycling are popular pastimes. The 11-metre-long salt pool is lined with olive trees and lavender trees with the profile of the village on the horizon. La Bastide des Amandiers vous accueille dans L' Appart, un joli gîte pour 2 personnes (37m2), situé à l'étage du corps principal avec une entrée extérieur indépendante. Vous aurez également à votre disposition une petite cuisine d'été privée dans le jardin ainsi que deux bains de soleil. Nous avons deux autres gîtes dans notre propriété où nous recevons des personnes en recherche de calme et de sérénité. Aucun transat n'est installé autour afin préserver l'intimité de chacun.

The Petit Mas is peacefully located 3km out of the hustle and bustle of the picturesque and lively town of Lourmarin with its many restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly Friday Provencal Market and a Farmer's Market on Tuesday evenings. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.

Un bassin de baignade est venu compléter le tableau. Située sur le plateau des Claparèdes, elle est idéalement placée pour les amoureux de randonnées et de vtt. Compter 15mn à pieds pour vous rendre à Saignon où vous trouverez une boulangerie et de quoi vous restaurer, 2h pour le sommet du Luberon ( Mourre Nègre).
