Perfect stay! My family of 4 fit comfortably. Clean and comfortable. Everything was close. Food, stores, beach access and activities. We will definitely stay again

James' and Mirna's place was as pictured. it was close to the beach. It was very clean upon arrival. I think it was worth the money. My only complaint is that the host's never responded to any of my messages. I received automated messages from them with check in and check out instructions, but that's all. My messages were not about anything major but any acknowledgement at all would dhave been preferred. I messaged about a big dead roach in the only dirty cabinet in the house which I think the cleaner avoids, and about the trash cans on the side of the house were super full and guests from other apartments had already even started placing bags on the sides of the cans. The trash smelled terrible and even other guests that were checking in to the upstairs rental complained when they were walking into the joint hallway. I did not message about this, but the broken smoke detectors and the very dusty fans. Again, nothing major, and the house is great. I would stay again.

This place could be ideal. it is a charming place in an ideal location on the beach. It is close to everything but far enough away from the crowds and congestion. I could easily fall in love with this place. However, there were notable issues. First, the bed frame was broken and surprisingly unnoticed by the people providing upkeep of the property. I had to make makeshift repairs prior to being able to sleep on it. The tub faucet had a significant leak. This, too, should have been identified and repaired in but was not. The furniture is very stained and worn out. A lamp did not work which again says the people providing cleaning and maintenance are failing the owners. With some some significant improvements and new furnishings, this would be a perfect getaway property in a great location.
