10/10 location and house

Wonderful stay, the beach as others have mentioned is basically muck, you walk into it, and you sink a foot or more into greenish brown much and it’s not able to be used. Beautiful views, beautiful home, but the beach is just not useable for swimming with little children. The home does come fully equipped with everything you could need which was a huge plus. Bunk beds were dismantled and thus there was not as much sleeping space as advertised or shown in the listing.

the place is beautiful and very peaceful. a great place to stay for enjoying all Breckenridge has to offer. Mick was helpful with instructions and communicated with our group perfectly.
