An absolutely fabulous place to spend a month!
Spectacular views from the patio and the upper balcony. Several pools within very close walking distance. One pool literally steps away.
Lovely interior and the beds are super comfy. Well stocked with pool toys, bikes and workout equipment. A well stocked kitchen for cooking and baking.
The patio was a lovely place to sit in the morning for coffee, sit in the afternoon, read a book or visit with the nearby neighbors.
So much to do in the surrounding area, especially if you golf!

Great place especially for the price. It was great having a garage to use. Tight fit with the Tundra but it worked.

The place is as described. The kitchen is well stocked. Katherine was very responsive whenever I had questions. The place can be hard to find if there’s too much snow, as it did this past weekend. The snow covered the signs so it took us a while to find the unit since we arrived after dark. Also, we brought extra TP and blankets after reading the last review. I’m glad we did or it could get too cold. But overall, the place is in a good location and has everything else you might need while visiting Mammoth.

Katherine’s place was adequate for my family stay in the mountains. Basic accommodations. We had a place to sleep and keep our stuff.
A few things so worth noting, the fireplace was inoperable and we had to rely on space heaters and wall heaters to heat the unit. The BBQ grill was also inoperable. When I reported these items to the owner she did not respond for over 12 hours. And her response at that time was not helpful nor did I think that she had any intention of fixing the items for future guests
A few things to note that I did not expect, none of the beds had comforters, only a thin quilt so the heat had to be very high in order to sleep. There were no extra towels, linens or pillows in the unit, and provided toilet paper and toiletries was minimal. Also, the unit was equipped with games to play however none of the games had the appropriate pieces and therefore were not usable, which was a big let down for the kids. One of the games was very inappropriate for children as well.
