We loved this cabin! It was the perfect size for our family of four. The location was great for the activites that wanted to do. It was clean, comfortable, and had all of the supplies we needed for our stay. The hot tub and climbing dome outside were great additions. There were snow toys and sleds provided which were great for the sledding hill across the street. That area was crowded when we arrived on a Saturday which caused our parking spots to be occupied, but the host was SUPER helpful in resolving it for us right away. We have no complaints and would love to return!

The cabin’s location is ideal for those desiring to walk to the Alpine slide/tubing area. There are also local restaurants within walking distance. It’s very easy to find, just off the main road. This cabin is ideal for a small family with school age kids. There is a pack n play available if needed for babies. Be cautious with babies who are crawling as there are areas of uneven flooring and exposed cords. The back yard is enclosed and a good area for kids to run around. Spa was large and perfect temp upon arrival (no warm up time needed!). There are plenty of extra blankets. Housekeeping did not refill the hand soap in either of the bathrooms and did not remove previous soap/shampoo from the shower from previous guests. Brett is responsive and tries to solve any issues you may have.

Great cabin experience for a weekend stay to do some fun snow activities. The cabin is as described. We wanted to go to Alpine Slides, which the cabin is very close to. Although it is walkable, we didn’t walk since we’d have to cross a busy street with 2 young kids. But it can definitely be done. It’s also a quick and easy drive to the Village.

Brett was very clear and communicative about check in and check out procedures. Getting in and out of the cabin was easy as the door code was provided on the day of checking in.

My only small complaint was that the hand soaps in the bathrooms were really low and super watered down. There were mini soap bars so we ended up using those. The floors didn’t seem super clean but I’m probably particularly ocd about that. Overall, we had a great time in Big Bear.
