Great guest!

I do not recommend Daniel. He broke every house rule & asked for exceptions to every rule, which was exhausting and frustrating. As soon as he entered he helped himself to the host’s things and space, asked to do laundry, use host’s kitchen, went into host’s room, and when gently reminded of the rules he called AirBnB and gave a false, manipulated story about his stay, including that I was not providing him with meals and laundry services - he even went so far as to request $220 from me to cover his food and laundry through Resolutions, as well as reporting me for not having drinking water (lie).

BE WARNED! His language will appear nice and considerate, but it is all an act so that he can manipulate AirBnB customer service to believe his false story rather than how rude & disruptive he actually is. Thankfully AirBnB supported me in this situation but the effects of such an entitled, manipulative and rude guest linger for a week or so - AVOID THIS GUEST IF YOU ARE LIVING IN THE HOME!
