Miguel is great at communicating . He replies quick and when I let him know the AC was not on and the microwave didn’t work he sent someone immediately to replace it and fixed the AC. His apartment is clean overall , however I believe it would be nice if it had more available towels and as courtesy some extra basic needs like trash bags ,toilet paper, dish sponge for example . Also, the apartment complex Lobby as you enter the roof is open due to sewer cloggage. For 2 days the smell was unbearable, and the Lobby’s floor was flooded with sewage. They were able to fix the problem but it made our stay a little difficult . I hope the issue is resolved so that other guests don’t have to experience it.
