Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our comfortable, self contained first floor apartment is in the heart of a quiet residential area of Padstow with free on street parking. The property offers guests the choice of self catering or easy access to Padstow's excellent restaurants. Ideal short walking distance to Padstow town centre, harbour and beach. The town's cosy pubs and award winning restaurants are a short stroll away. The property is also a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and beyond.

The Lynhay, Tregerrin Barns-Trevone and Padstow

We found and fell in love with Tregerrin Barns 15 years ago as derelict 19th Century farm buildings. They sit in the middle of cornfields between Padstow and Trevone in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Cornwalls north coast. Within a short walk are the beaches of Trevone, Harlyn, and Tregirls, Padstow and it's top restaurants, and glorious hikes around a magnificent coast. We retained the essence of the barns in natural stone and oak for a simple, quiet, and beautiful place to stay.

Sea View offers cosy accommodation with stunning views over the Camel Estuary and a short stroll from Padstow harbour. Finished to high standards, the house provides a wonderful base for up to four people. ​ A generous open plan living, dining and kitchen layout offers ample space with connection to the private outdoor sun terrace and garden. There are two beautiful double bedrooms, one en-suite and a log burner for winter months. Private off road parking for one vehicle provided.

An easy-style studio in the north Cornwall village of Trevone, a short walk to the beach, stunning coastal and cliff paths, or a stroll through fields to the picture-postcard village of Padstow. It's quite snug and simple but fresh and includes a separate loo, shower, basic kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, off-road parking, and access to a spacious garden. Ideal for a single or couple who loves to hike, swim, explore the area's many attractions or just chill in nature, for a 3-night minimum.

Lagos is a welcoming family holiday house in Trevone, near Padstow. The house retains it's original character and is located 50 yards from two beautiful beaches. Family-friendly activities include, The South West Coast Path, The Camel bike trail, water sports & Michelin starred restaurants. You’ll love Lagos because of the spectacular beach front location, breath-taking views of the Atlantic ocean and the relaxed beach house vibe. Lagos is ideal for families, big groups and couples.

Trelan - Bright modern and recently refurbished.

Trelan is a light and airy bungalow facing west, it enjoys fantastic sunsets, and sea glimpses. Books and games on the shelves, wooden floors and clean walls give the open plan space a spacious feeling, whilst the wood burner can give a warm cosy feeling on a stormy day! The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. Bedrooms are comfy, but not frilly! Outside, there’s parking on the drive, from where, a gate leads to the secure garden with picnic table, bench and lawn.

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.

Little Rilla, near to beaches & Padstow

Little Rilla is situated 5 mins outside St Merryn. A car will be needed to get to the bars, shops, bakery in the village.Padstow is a ten minute car journey. Little Rilla is blessed with 'seven bays for seven days', meaning you have seven beaches to visit all within a five - ten minute drive. You really are spoilt for choice with arguably some of the most beautiful beaches . Fab for surfing, dog walking, eating, drinking and a choice of idyllic cycle routes.
