Dog friendly and within close walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach (also dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Also located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Porthcothan beach is a gentle wander around the coastal path and Trescore, Porthmear, Golden Burn and Pentire and are right on your doorstep. This cute space, hand built by the host, is situated in a quiet field with 2 other accomodation spaces but plenty of privacy and peace.

Every care has been taken to provide a comfortable, spacious property ideal for a family holiday. Lucerne enjoys uninterrupted views over farmland to the coast. From the garden and decked area you can see Trevose Head and as daylight fades in the evenings you'll be able to count the flashes from the light house - one every 7.5 seconds. The nearest beach, Porthcothan, is just over 1 mile away and several other glorious sandy beaches are easily within reach.
