Sunnyridge is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage located in Porthcothan Bay between Padstow & Newquay. Dog friendly and within close walking distance to beautiful sandy Porthcothan beach (dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Stunning St Merryn Home, close to Constantine Bay

Jersey Cottage provides a fabulous, contemporary, and open plan space with 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

Coastal, Countryside annex

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Sunny Orchard Lodge, Porthcothan, Cornwall

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sunny Orchard is a brand new (2025) 40ft x 20ft lodge. Situated on a farm, you can enjoy the far reaching views across open fields and towards the sea from the extensive decked area. We are a short walk to the beach and South West footpath and the bus stop. With a Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite and a twin room with 2 x 3ft singles, plus a sofa bed, this lodge is perfect for couples, quiet groups or family get away.

Enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your cozy double bed and huge windows. Stroll 10 minutes through paddocks to your choice of a number of great beaches and swimming spots. Porthcothan beach is a gentle wander around the coastal path and Trescore, Porthmear, Golden Burn and Pentire and are right on your doorstep. This cute space, hand built by the host, is situated in a quiet field with 2 other accomodation spaces but plenty of privacy and peace.

The Potting Barn

Welcome to the Potting Barn. Our secret cabin nestled in our exclusive private Glamping area. With on-site VIP parking, cooking facilities, plus your own private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside you have your own garden with outdoor furniture and a fire pit for those all important BBQ’s under a starry sky. Also comes with luxury wood-fired hot tub for two! Just bring your clothes and towels – we provide the rest! We allow well behaved dogs.

Every care has been taken to provide a comfortable, spacious property ideal for a family holiday. Lucerne enjoys uninterrupted views over farmland to the coast. From the garden and decked area you can see Trevose Head and as daylight fades in the evenings you'll be able to count the flashes from the light house - one every 7.5 seconds. The nearest beach, Porthcothan, is just over 1 mile away and several other glorious sandy beaches are easily within reach.
