Beautiful 8 berth caravan to rent in Paington. Situated in Hoburne Devon Bay holiday park, this caravan is in the perfect spot to have a lovely family holiday. Amenities close by, site offers bar, entertainment, swimming pool, gym and plenty more. The caravan has all you need for a relaxing break, veranda with table and chairs. Passes are included in the price. Linen can be provided at an extra cost of £25 if needed. Please let me know at the time of booking if this is needed. Free Wifi included

BEACHES, Contemporary waterfront townhouse

A contemporary seaside house set over three floors. Bi fold balconies to first and second floors with sea views. Located on the seafront opposite Institute Beach. Two designated, secure parking spaces all lit in the evening. Flat easy walk along the seafront to all beaches and watersports, theatre, harbour and ferries, Abbey Sands, Dinosaur World, parks, golf, bowls, Riviera Centre and all of Torquay's major attractions and beaches. Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

Primrose Steps by the Sea

A 7 minute walk to the beach with coastal paths to explore the local area! Clennon Lakes are just a stones throw away with beautiful wildlife! Local pub, local spar and garage also within walking distance! Or you could hop on the bus and within a short journey travel to Paignton,Torquay , The lovely Fishing Town of Brixham, Babacombe The Market towns of Totnes or Newton Abbot ( for a day at the races ) if that’s your thing and the nearby Steam railway to Kingswear and trip by ferry to Dartmouth

Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a one minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Located on a quiet road, enjoy the delights of the beach right on your doorstep. The space is newly decorated with a new kitchen and carpets. A very comfortable apartment with its own entrance and parking, multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so expect some noise although we will try our best to keep this to a minimum. The basement property has plenty of natural light.

Charming thatched cottage on South Devon coast

The Hayes is a pretty thatched cottage in the heart of the beautiful village of Stoke Gabriel. It has 1 main double bedroom and 1 mezzanine style 2nd bedroom (adjoining) with 2 singles/1 double bed. The house and setting itself is quiet with a large garden, but a short walk leads you to the famous Mill pool and river Dart. There is an excellent village shop&post office, 2 friendly pubs, a restaurant, play park, orchard and beautiful riverside cafe. Great for walking/kayaking/boating/exploring!

Apartment 47 is by far the most superior apartment in Hesketh Crescent, once home to Charles Darwin himself, with breathtaking views across Torbay. Boasting indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant, bar, outdoor grill, tennis courts and a gym you are spoilt for choice for things to do. There are paths through the private grounds direct to the beach. Why not take out a jetski from the harbour always a must when I visit or take a cruise to Brixham.t your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Delightful holiday home five minutes from beach

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This lovely caravan is in a perfect spot. Pools, restaurant, entertainment.(passes are £55 per wk extra) Hoburne is in a valley of playing fields, ponds full of wildlife and hilly fields, with velotrack, leisure centre and beach all within a few minutes walk. With golf driving range, waterpark and coastal walks. A steam train runs by the beach, from Paignton to Dartmouth with beautiful views. Open top bus during summer picks up from Hoburne
