A more upscale part of Cosetta's located on the top floor of the same building. Great Italian in an aesthetically pleasing venue.

This elegant bar and restaurant is located on top of Cossettas. In my opinion, this has the best rooftop patio in St. Paul or Minneapolis. The views of the Cathedral and the Mississippi River are spectacular.
