If you are a burger fan this will not disappoint, whenever we have guests come we ALWAYS take them here. It is a 15 minute walk down Selby towards the Cathedral or a 5 minute drive. Their cocktails, beer and wine selection are also very impressive. This place is alway busy and they don’t take reservations. Expect a 1-2 hour wait on weekends. They will text when your table is ready so head back to the house and enjoy the fire table or stop by one of the other local establishments for a beverage while you wait!
Favorite burger: The Manhattan (also a favorite of the majority of waitstaff)

Another icon of the area, this restaurant recently reopened after going through several years of major renovations. Known as an upscale American steakhouse, the decor and cocktails are also highly palatable. This restaurant is located on the corner of Grand and Lexington and is also about a 15 minute walk from the house. We recommend reservations be made in advance and if you plan to drive, consider a cab as parking is limited.
