If you have a boat that you are bringing - Long point, just 3 miles north, has a boat launch as well as other great hiking trails and great views! Long point is pretty much directly across the lake from the Thirsty Owl winery if you are doing the Cayuga lake trail by boat.

Beautiful state park 10-15 mins. away. Gorgeous views, fantastic playground for young kids. Swimming in summer. Boat launch.

Here there is a boat launch, spectacular views, swimming, driftwood, flat stones for stone skipping, a paved sidewalk to go for a stroll, and restrooms.
