Lisa gives a detailed overview of how her cheese is made, and it’s fascinating. A whey soda: Lisa’s concoction of goat whey mixed with ginger, melon, and honey. So good.

Bohemian creamery just north of Sebastopol has excellent goat and cow milk cheeses, with goat soft serve ice cream for those with lactose intolerance (excellent btw). Tends to be a Fri-Sunday establishment.
