Spacious, sunny, self contained luxury Apartment. Private on-site parking for 2 cars. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & open plan living areas with South West facing balcony overlooking Shaldon across the Estuary. The apartment is 7-10 mins easy walk into Teignmouth centre, train & bus stations & beaches. Teignmouth is a beautiful, elegant coastal town with sandy beaches, traditional promenade, with lots of restaurants, bars & cafes. No animals allowed due to a family member with allergies

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Clearwater Cabin has jaw-dropping panoramic waterfront views & benefits from a private, south facing garden with sun deck, gazebo, barbecue & fire pit overlooking local beaches & the ocean & the Dartmoor countryside. This luxurious, beautifully furnished & extremely well equipped detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & has parking for 2 vehicles. Large boutique property in central position.

Sylvan Cottage is a large detached 4 bedroom house within close proximity of Teignmouth town and within a 10 minute walk of Teignmouth beach. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The house has 4 unique double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area\diner and games room complete with pool table. The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.

Stylish Town Centre Apartment w/lift access.

Situated in the centre of Teignmouth, just a short walk from the train station (8 mins), main promenade (4 mins), shops (2 mins) and of course the famous 'Teignmouth Back Beach' (3 mins), you'll be sure that no time is wasted during a stay at The Olivia on George Street. This second floor apartment comes with lift access (takes you right to the front door) and a secure entrance hall with access code. We welcome families and a cot and/or high chair can be arranged on request.

A beautifully presented light and spacious south facing ground floor coastal apartment with sea views and it's own private entrance accessed by a staircase. It includes a parking space, patio area and lawned garden.The apartment has its own kitchen, patio doors fitted with electric blinds leading from the living room and bedroom to the garden, well appointed shower room with heated towel rail and walk in shower cubicle with rainfall shower. Lovely walks to the beach and town.

Cosy south facing flat with patio and BBQ area. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and open-plan kitchen living area. There is an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use.
