Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Hidden in a little valley, Penn Bergeyn comprises of 2 hand crafted luxurious shepherd's huts. 1 is the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the other hut connected by a covered walkway. You can unwind in the wood heated hot tub, relax by the firepit or in the hammock. Located in its own field, on a working farm, the huts are fitted with a very comfortable king size bed and underfloor heating throughout. The outdoor kitchen contains a firepit and a gas barbecue.
