If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. There's no Wi-Fi here — and that's rather the point. This is somewhere to leave the screens behind, wake to birdsong, spend the evening by the wood burner, and let the pace slow right down. There are views of the Malvern Hills from the bedroom, and walks from the door into a network of rural footpaths and woods.

Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.
