We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

We had a lovely stay. The space is light and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and even little extras like ice in the freezer 🙂 We would definitely stay again, it was lovely.

A very enjoyable week in the Iles of Scilly - the apartment is conveniently located, it was clean and comfortable and Liz was very approachable. No problems with the stay at all. Recommended.

Wow! This is just what we needed for our break away. The views are just beautiful. You can absorb the sights and sounds of the waves from the balcony, lounge & kitchen & the beach is only a few minutes walk away and it's a must to visit each morning. The most magical way to start the day! The apt was very clean throughout and well equipped. It was spacious, light & airy & the furniture & bed was extremely comfy. Victoria was so friendly, kind and on hand if we needed anything, but everything was perfect for our stay. Nearby Braunton is a great little town with a great variety of shops and fish & chips from Squires is a must during your stay! The best we've had & their curry sauce is next level! We wouldn't hesitate to return & I'm already hankering after another stay for those phenomenonal sea views

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

The location is very central and easy to get to. It’s a peaceful gated area with great access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the bedrooms were spotless and we instantly felt comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.

I was lucky enough to attend a conference at a local hotel and wanted somewhere to stay which would give me some privacy and peace and quiet, whilst being close enough to enable me to quickly walk to and from the hotel and local bars and restaurants. Marc's apartment was perfect ! As a regular user of Airbnb l, I can honestly say this was one of the best and most comprehensively equipped places I have stayed. It's beautifully appointed, has great views, a massive bed and everything you could possibly need. Thank you !

Exactly what we were looking for, cheap, cheerful, spacious, good quality, clean and organised. Right in the city centre, minutes away from the train station, 10 minute walk from all the clubs and pubs and restaurants and shops, no need for Ubers at all. Abigail was incredibly helpful, saved our whole night on our 2nd night when we wanted to relax at the flat and she helped us when we had technical difficulties with the TV. We went as 4 lads just getting away from home for a bit and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une super nuit dans cet appartement. Il était très propre, bien décoré et très agréable à vivre. La literie était confortable. Les instructions étaient claires et faciles à suivre, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très simple. Alexandre a été vraiment sympathique et disponible. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sunny was a great host, very warm and friendly and responded within minutes to my messages. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was a bonus to have a washing machine in the flat. I would definitely book here again.

Lovely 1 night stay in Jon and Laura's place. Very responsive to messages and helped us set up the place as we needed for the children. Extremely clean. No real cooking facilities so wouldn't have been good for a longer stay for us but great as a jounrney stop and massive hot tub (I didn't realise it was outside the main property, but they made it as private as possible). Really enjoyed, thanks very much.

A lovely apartment, right in the heart of Hay-on-Wye, within easy walking distance of gorgeous restaurants and book shops. Also very handy for walking Offa's Dyke!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in St. Ives. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ohne Auto kann man richtig viel von Cornwall sehen. Mit dem Bus über Penzance kann man mit Umsteigen nach Sennen Cove, zum Minack Theater, nach Mousehole, Falmouth und Porthleven. Auch St. Ives hat mit der Tate und den schönen Stränden viel zu bieten. gerne wieder.

We love the Southbourne area and have stayed in a number of properties in the area over the years. This has to be the best one in terms of location, spaciousness and quality and range of equipment at the property. The lounge diner is nice and airy, big comfy sofa and chair and smart TV. The kitchen had lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc and lots of pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. There was a nice welcome hamper with bread, milk, juice, biscuits etc. Bedrooms were bright and airy with comfy beds. Lovely shower in the en-suite! The apartment is close to Fisherman’s Walk, where you can walk down to the beach and promenade. There’s absolutely tonnes to do in the area, which is why we keep coming back, you’re definitely able to find something to suit everyone’s interests, young or old. And then there’s the Lazy Spa and outside area to enjoy after a long day exploring. Thanks Jemma, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again next time!

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.
