Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

The Hut has king size bed, underfloor heating, a large shower, kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer top. All cooking utensils & cooking pots/pans are provided. Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Y Felin Lifio, Annex, Snowdonia.

Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.
