Quaint circa 17th Century Cottage, Topsham, Devon.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

Four bedroom detached family home in Wembury

Visit peaceful and relaxing Wembury. Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish. Lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away and the city of Plymouth is 20 mins away in the car. Please note we have a friendly family cat who lives at the property, she is completely independent and will pop in and out but needs feeding once per day.

This beautiful light and bright studio has its own sunny, plant-filled patio - ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. It is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. Go by car, bus or rail to stunning coasts, beaches and countryside. Visit pubs in nearby villages or go to Totnes, 3 miles away, with its markets, individual shops, restaurants and wine bars. From there enjoy a river trip to historic Dartmouth. Our friendly village has a great shop, post office and garage.

This lovely, semi-detached cottage set on one level is nestled in a secluded setting in the grounds of the owners‘ home, boasts its own hot tub and provides a relaxing retreat for couples and families alike. Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a delightful little enclosed patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and also the fabulous feature of a private hot tub. 18th century thatched cottage with roses over the door in tranquil West Dorset village. 50 metres from the pub, a mile from Chesil Beach, church and manor house across the road and miles and miles of country walks all around. Downstairs: spacious sitting/dining room, toilet, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs: two king-size double bedrooms and a smaller room (for children) with bunk beds, also shower room and toilet. Outside: large patio with tables and chairs, no grass.
