CANCELLATION FOR FOLK WEEK “Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive but the apartment is tucked away and private, with it's own large deck and small private garden.
