There is direct access from the private drive parking area to the Annex.

Coxes Coastal Retreats - Fern

Emma and Phillip welcome you to one of our two luxury glamping pods complete with outdoor bath near the quaint village of Branscombe. Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Swift Lee

Swift Lee is a bright, spacious, 3 bedroom home with a large south facing garden, off road parking and an EV charger. Situated 1.1 miles from the seafront of Sidmouth, the town is a 15 minute walk away through The Byes Park. A bus stop is a short stroll away and provides links to the town centre and other parts of East Devon including Honiton, Seton and Exeter. Swift Lee is a perfect place to relax with your friends and family and explore East Devon's coast, countryside and attractions.

The cottage at Ashton is situated in a beautifully-converted barn, attached to a thatched c.15th farmhouse. Surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility, this is a wonderful place to stay within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The gardens are colourful, mature and well maintained, for you to enjoy during your stay. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. Socialise if you wish or stay and hunker down. Help yourself to Home made granola, berries, and juice from the fridge. Organic tea and coffee. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
