This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Full use of modern kitchen/equipment, with your own drawer space, fridges, living room, bathroom & garden. Good access to Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle, local restaurants, cafes. Bus links in walking distance. Ideal for enjoying the North East events/arts/glass collecting/swim on Seaham beach.
