All the facilities for self catering are available in the caravan but the site offers many food outlets to meet your family needs (incl. a shop). We also have DVDs, books and games to keep everyone occupied.

Welcoming you to our family owned caravan based on Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. This price includes a parking space and bedding. We also have a bed guard within the caravan. Please note a travel cot does not fit in the main bedroom. We do not have Wi-Fi in the caravan. Haven passes are available directly from Haven themselves. Please note that for our insurances, we cannot accepting a booking where the whole party is under the age of 21.

We offer off-street parking and invite you to sit in our front garden. We are located a short drive to the beach and town centre with local shops in walking distance.
