Charlestown,Pentewan,Mevagissey, Heligan and Eden all nearby. The cottage is light and bright with panoramic views over the valley, with Kingswoods leading to Pentewan beach & village. Good pub 1 mile. Very well equipped for up to 4 persons for a fabulous Cornish holiday. Free wi fi and parking.

Based in St Austell in the heart of Cornwall and is the perfect set off point for all the sites. The neighbourhood is quiet but very central with all amenities just around the corner.

Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Free 3 car parking spaces plus Tesla supercharge at the property (fees apply) Thames Foyer style luxury afternoon tea, jam first Cornish clotted cream on scones with a cake stand, wine and coffee station. (bespoke service available, fees apply).

Countryside Studio with private patio

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Mulvra Lodge

Visit Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. Come and stay in a converted granite barn with wonderful views of the Cornish countryside. Mulvra Stables Lodge is situated in the lovely Pentewan valley between St Austell and Mevagissey. The closest beach is 2 miles away with the Eden Project, Charlestown harbour, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey all within 5 miles. Newquay and the north coast are only a 40 minute drive, dependant on traffic.
