Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Diese charmante 2-Zimmer-Wohnung bietet alles, was Sie für ein gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigen. Sie verfügt über eine kleine Kochnische sowie ein eigenes WC mit Dusche. Die Räume sind teilmöbliert und wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist 160x200cm. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Mitbenutzung des schönen Gartens, der zu entspannten Stunden im Freien einlädt.
