Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. The Anchorage, Portmellon, Mevagissey

The Anchorage is a stunning, private, cliff-top house with uninterrupted sea views. Two minutes walking down the hill takes you to Portmellon Beach and The Rising Sun pub. Ten to fifteen minutes stroll takes you into Mevagissey, a lovely picturesque fishing village. There are a variety of boat trips, a maritime museum and aquarium. There are cosy pubs, seafood restaurants and local craft shops. The surrounding coastline offers lovely scenic walks along the South West Coast Path
