Cosy Coastal Shepherd's Hut near Veryan, Cornwall

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this tranquil place. We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Escape to the coast in this revitalised historical residence, showcasing original architectural features, quaint country style furnishings, a beautiful garden, patio, further decking area and an additional level to look out over panoramic vistas. Situated in the heart of the picturesque fishing village of Portloe, part of the beautiful Roseland peninsula and surrounded by striking coastal scenery. There is a tiny harbour below the house where fisherman still go out to catch crab and lobster.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Little House on the Roseland

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

The Old Dairy at Tregenna Farm, Portloe, Roseland.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The Old Dairy forms part of the listed small holding of Tregenna Farm, just outside Portloe on the Roseland . We live onsite and have converted the former dairy to provide a stunning holiday home. Within an area of outstanding natural beauty close to beaches, fishing coves, great walking, renowned gardens and attractions such as the Eden Project or National Maritime Museum. The Old Dairy is an ideal base for couples, families or friends.

Lime Kiln

This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the timeless hamlet of West Portholland where at low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. A private balcony overlooks the sea and there is ample storage for kayaks.

The Granary Annexe - Beautiful views out to sea.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.

The Hiding Place

Away from the hustle and bustle of life, but near enough to the best beaches in South Cornwall, The Hiding Place is the perfect place to relax. With 9 acres of private fields, access to several public footpaths, and a 5 minute drive to Portloe, Carne Beach or Pendower, it's location is the perfect balance. Relax in the wood fired hot tub at the end of your day and gaze at the millions of stars that show in the clear skies.

Charming rustic cabin over looking the village of Portholland. Set in a private garden, sea view on one side, wooded valley on the other. Perfect for get away from it all. Near Eden Project & Heligan Gardens. Tranquility assured. Private decking for al fresco dining or star watching. Perfect location for coastal path walks.
