The Apartment has a very comfortable super king sized bed, a single bed & sofa bed to accommodate a small group of guests. There are several amenities available in the apartment too such as free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The quaint cottage garden has a patio area with outdoor furniture, a blissful spot to enjoy some alfresco dining.

Our stylish newly built annexe in north Cornwall is a spacious and cosy retreat for two with parking. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with high ceilings, natural light and a leafy outlook. Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Lots of great little shops. 4 supermarkets to choose from. On the River Camel and the Camel Trail. 15 minutes drive from some fabulous beaches and coastline. Centrally placed for exploring Cornwall with plenty of National Trust and English Heritage properties close by. We have a paperback book exchange.

Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.
