Stunning property in a great location with incredible views across the River Dart to Dartmouth, from the vast balconies. Spotless home with every amenity you could wish for with a fully equipped kitchen, added extras such bath towels and hot tub towels included. comfortable bed and furniture, all to a high spec. Mark is a great host, very helpful and easy to contact. A great place for couples and families for short or long stay... would recommend 👌

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

Jessica was a great host always responding quickly and efficiently to any queries. We loved the accommodation. We visited with 2 grown up children and their partners as well as a baby. There was more than ample space for everyone and the kitchen/dinning area was a fantastic social space where everyone was able to gather, cook, relax, play games etc. The village itself seemed quite quiet, but the coast, beaches, supermarkets etc were easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. We hadn’t visited this area before, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. A very easy 5 star review!

Gary's place is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Devon. it is extremely luxurious, all our needs were catered for we felt welcome an d comfortable straight away. Highly recommended for a family or group of friends, plenty of space to be in others company without bumping into each other. we absolutely loved our stay there . 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Beautiful location. The outside area and views are stunning. Everything you need for relaxing summer nights. Inside the house is comfortable. Dining table was large and great for family meals and games. The shared bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, this wasn't too much of an issue but would be a useful addition. The downstairs bathroom was great for disabled or those with mobility issues, however, the downstairs bedroom would not be suitable for everyone with mobility issues, the bed it very high and the trundle is very low. My older parents couldn't manage either bed. luckily they can still get up and down the stairs so were able to use one of the upstairs rooms. Also, when the trundle is in use, there is very little room to move around. Downderry itself is lovely with great restaurants and pub. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Yardley House for it's location and amenities. Mark was a great host and responded to all queries. Great holiday. Thank you!

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we loved the sunny garden. Two bedside lights would have been helpful but otherwise the place was perfect

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

We had a really nice stay at Mia's lovely and comfortable apartment. Mia is a great host, with prompt and helpful communication. The check in/out is very easy and overall it was a really pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this property to other guests.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, so wonderfully presented. The pictures do not do it justice. Great to have parking and it’s close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again and Karen the owner was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend staying here.

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

The room was adequate, as described, very clean and with well equipped kitchenette in the master bedroom, handy for simple breakfasts in the morning. The car port for 2 cars was very handy. The walk to the town wasn’t very easy as quite steep in parts, we opted to park at the Marina parking down the Quay side for convenience instead as was with buggy and a little baby. Martin personally gave us a lot of suggestions for small trips which was brilliant as without which, we would not have been able to visit Blackpool beach and Totnes town. We have been to Torquay quite a few times but have not been to these places, so very helpful indeed. Will highly recommend the place. Thank you Martin.

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting family over the bank holiday. Exactly what we were looking for for our family of 5. Extremely clean. Very comfortable, with everything needed to make for an enjoyable and stress free stay. The view from the bedrooms and balcony over the Teign Estuary and Shaldon Bridge was a nice bonus! Angie was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed. We will certainly be back!
