The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table for two, a retro leather sofa and a spotty Laura Ashley armchair to relax in and enjoy the Samsung smart LED television. The double bedroom has a beautiful feature freestanding bath plus another smart telly! Grohe shower, toilet and basin in a contemporary shower room. Outdoor dining table.

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
