Our unique space is container turned to a complete artisan-built mini-home, with all furniture hand-crafted from locally sourced wood and resources. It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom with shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and induction hob, & a comfy sofa all set in a smartly designed layout to maximize space without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Add in the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise!

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Our vacation house is located in a small, sunny village Podjelje upon the Bohinj Valley in the Triglav National Park. From the doorstep, there is an amazing view of the Bohinj valley and beautiful Julian Alps. Here you can relax, enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air and hide from the everyday tempo and stress for a while. It strives to be your best holiday location for discovering the Gorenjska region, various sport activities or just for relaxing and connecting with your friends or family.

Avrikelj, Apartments Pavc, Bohinj lake

Apartments Pavc are situated 4km from Bohinj lake. This apartment is most suitable for a couple but it has an additional bed (a sofa that streches) so 4 people can sleep in it. It is a completely new and furnished apartment. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom. it also has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Our property also has a barn so we have some animals you can see, such as cows, hens, sheep and rabbits.

The Mill: exclusive tiny house

This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.

This lovely apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends. You will have easy access to Bovec town centre, restaurants and shops from this place. Breathe the fresh Soča valley air on the terrace and enjoy the views of mountains from our spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with the oven, toaster, coffee maker and mixer. You can also enjoy the garden with sundecks.

Welcome to a magical house in the middle of nature. We will meet in the village Stara Fužina, on adress Stara Fužina 147, and we will accompany you to the cabin, which is located in Voje valley in the heart of Triglav National Park, about 15 minutes driving. Part of the road, from mountain hut Voje to our cottage, is macadam.

The apartment is in the ground floor of the house we live in. It's 82m2 apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. In first bedroom is king bed, second room has two single beds and the third room has one single bed. We can offer you backyard and free parking in front of the apartment.
