A perfect base for your Cornwall adventure, the town centre and local attractions are a 5-minute walk away. Soak in our outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful scenery and fresh air. **No events or parties are allowed on site.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

The Bolthole

River views and dog-friendly home away from home! A fantastic two bedroom cottage in Fowey with stunning views over the river. Watch the boats go by from the front terrace, in the open plan living space or from your bedroom window. You can also relax on the comfy sofas by the log burner or enjoy drinks in the 'Mini Bolthole', your very own summerhouse with it's own electricity and wifi. The Bolthole is a 100 yard walk from Caffa Mill car park and there are steps to reach the property.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

At one end of the living area is a well-equipped kitchen while the dining area leads on to the sitting room with its log burning stove and large glass doors opening on to a paved patio with wooden garden furniture. Set in its own private garden, Long House also benefits a further 10 acres of land.
