Très beau logement proposé par Carola. Très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et de nombreuses commodités sont à disposition. La localisation est idéale, calme sans être trop éloignée du centre ville (15 minutes avec les vélos proposés par Carola). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Daniela es una espectacular anfitriona, muy respetuosa y colaboradora. El apartamento estaba tal cual se anuncia en fotos, facil acceso, bueno zona, excelente para parquear el coche y lo mejor es que Daniela nos atendio como si estuviera en casa. por cierto me encanto el detalle adicional que tuvo con nosotros.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

El alojamiento es muy amplio y cómodo. Se podía disfrutar el sol con tranquilidad en el patio, un televisor para entretenerse en el sofá y la cocina con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La zona es tranquila, se pueden explorar andando los pueblos cercanos y a media hora en coche llegamos al centro de Valencia. Estefanía ha sido muy amable al recibirnos y atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Estuvimos muy bien. Zona tranquila y centrica con buen aparcamiento. Aunque coincidimos poco con Anabel,estuvimos charlando un buen rato con ella y nos pareció muy responsable y simpatica. Sin duda, cuando volvamos por esa zona, volveremos a su casa.

Pasamos un periodo estupendo en la hermosa propiedad de Rocío, el barrio es muy tranquilo y se tienen cerca tiendas, estación del metro y todo tipo de amenidades. La comunicación y disposición de Rocío siempre fue óptima. Recomendado!

We had amazing time in the house. Manuel is fantastic, very kind and helpful. Since he leaves very close, he is always there to help you. The house has very nice, well located, had beautiful garden and amazing looking pool. Definitely worth recommending

My family (2 adults+2 kids) stayed for over 2 months at Antonio's place in Gilet, it was wonderful! The place was very cosy and charming and has everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the view on the pines, the village of Petres, the mountains, and we could even catch a view of the sea over the pool:-) Antonio is the sweetest man on earth. He went out of his way to help with everything beyond the working of the house, as we just relocated to Spain, he gave us a lot of information and helped us with various needs. It was easy to park in front of the house. The house and location felt very safe as it is in an urbanization and security is doing rounds. Neighbors are friendly. Just up the street you can walk on a trail through the pines and access other trails. Gilet is a lovely village with lots of activities (theatre festival in October). There's also a train station. Supermarket is 3 minutes away driving. There's a bakery in the village and some restaurants, & kids activities.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Endroit paisible et agréable pour se ressourcer au calme et dans un cadre superbe. Le logement et l’extérieur sont très beaux et parfaitement conformes à la description donnée. Un grand merci à Sergio pour son accueil sympathique et pour la facilité de communication. Au plaisir de revenir !

Un très bon accueil direct de la part d'Antonio accompagné d'un apéritif apprécié. Logement complet (les fournitures en cuisine et salle de bains sont un exemple du genre) très propre avec la plage et les commerces accessibles en quelques minutes tout en ayant un accès direct à la route de Valence sans oublier les transports en commun Nous recommandons fortement.

100% recomendable. Casa muy cómoda para 10 personas ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila a 20 minutos en coche del centro de Valencia. Oskar siempre atento a todos nuestros mensajes y necesidades.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

Wir haben die Woche in dem tollen Haus und wunderschönen Garten von Susan sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig, wir waren mit zwei Familien da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder haben viele Tiere im Garten entdeckt und gerne mit dem Hund gespielt. Die Pool und die Terrasse sind riesig und man kann abends den Fröschen lauschen. Susan ist sehr freundlich und cool. Man ist schnell in den Bergen und schnell in Valencia. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Lloc molt tranquil a una urbanització molt ben comunicada, la casa molt acollidora i ben equipada, amb una sortida amb piscina molt bonica. L’Emilio, súper amfitrió pendent que no falti de res i sempre a punt d’ajudar amb tot. Súper experiència

Ha sido una estancia fenomenal, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Respecto a la zona nos ha parecido muy accesible y bonita, estaba a 10 min en coche del puerto, 30 min de valencia!! A destacar que teníamos barbacoa a la cual le dimos mucho uso y para nuestro gusto lo mejor de la estancia. El anfitrión en todo momento ha sido muy resolutivo y atento con nosotros, desde luego nos parece que merece totalmente la pena y más cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no hay wifi como él indica claramente en el anuncio y para estancias largas vendría bien.

Wie die Wohnung beschrieben ist - ist sie. Das Badezimmer ist für 4 Personen groß genug. Die Küche hat alles um jeden Tag zu kochen. Im Erdgeschoss des Nebenhauses gibt es einen Supermarkt. Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch, Brot und anderes ist alles in wenigen Blöcken erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr nahe und fahren oft. Die Lage der Wohnung war für unseren ersten Trip nach Valencia wunderbar. Valencia - Wohnung - und die Gastgeberin waren ein Glück für uns.

Host sempre molto disponibile e gentile! Appartamento carino in una zona residenziale tranquillissima, adatta ad un soggiorno relax. Il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con una passeggiata. Ampia pineta di fronte all’appartamento. Ritorneremo se passeremo nuovamente dalla zona! Consigliato!

Un séjour parfait à Valence ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Antonio. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville et des transports, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir Valence très facilement. Il est spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Antonio est un hôte très accueillant et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et donner de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à essayer. Son hospitalité a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Valence

We had such a great time at Carolina's place, we didn't want to leave. We were very comfortable (and warm!) during our winter stay here with our two dogs. The house was spotlessly clean, everything you could need is available. The house is all on one level with a lovely garden and lots of comfortable, sunny areas to sit outside. It is in a very private and quiet location at the end of a street. Very nice walks directly from the house. A 30/40min drive into Valencia (very easy drive). Great internet speed was also a bonus as we were on a working holiday. Carolina was a fantastic host, always available to help when we needed it. We would love to return!
