Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Muy acogedora, un pequeño patio para poder tomar el aire y una cama fantástica, para mí lo más importante de cualquier alojamiento, sábanas impecables, y olor a limpio.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Saubere und gut eingerichtete wohnung. Gute lage und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter host. Geh ich wieder hin.

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Vanessa ha sido muy amable y responde ante cualquier duda muy rápida y de forma clara. La casa es tal cual se describe, ideal para hasta 4 personas. El baño y la cocina son totalmente funcionales y las camas / sofá cama son cómodos. La terraza tiene unas vistas buenísimas y se ve el mar sin tener edificios que lo tapen. La zona es tranquila (fuimos en semana santa) a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. Y también hay una zona de restaurantes, cafeterías, paseo marítimo amplio, zona para niños, puerto, etc. Es decir, puedes distraerte si vas con niños. La playa es de arena, nada de piedras. En definitiva, una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en la playa, pero a 20 minutos de Valencia para ver la ciudad de las artes, la zona del ayuntamiento y muy cerca de la pequeña Venecia.

Nuestra experiencia en casa de Cristian y Minerva ha sido muy buena. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, muy a gusto... La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada, totalmente equipada, un 10 de 10. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo tipo de servicios y amenidades, playa accesible andando, cerca de la Albufera y Valencia ciudad... Cristian y Minerva han sido muy amables y nos dieron mucha flexibilidad tanto a la hora de entrar como al salir. Un lugar a recordar de forma muy positiva, por todo... Esperando volver a repetir en un futuro. Muchas gracias por todo!

Tanto amparo como Paula (coanfitriona) han sido súper atentas y amables. Son unas anfitrionas maravillosas y súper contentas con la casa. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y a pie de playa, desde luego que es una estancia que repetiríamos en una época que se pueda disfrutar al 100% de la ubicación a pie de playa y la piscina de la casa. Es tal cual lo qué ves en las fotos además de ser una casa acogedora. Una experiencia de 10 ☺️

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Pasqualis was the nicest host we have ever had. He met us and helped with our suitcases and was very responsive to some minor issues that we had. His apartment was fantastic and situated perfectly in the old town. Thanks Pasqualis we had an amazing stay 😊

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. proche de la mer, proche de 2 grands supermarché et de la piscine (tout était faisable à pied). Quelques restaurants à proximité de l appartement dont le restaurant pep's avec un rapport qualité prix excellent. La piscine est très grande et surveillée. Parking souterrain privé. L appartement est bien équipé et la terrasse en L, permet de manger et étendre le linge sans soucis. La résidence est calme bien qu elle soit très grande. Le marché aux fruits et légumes, 2 fois par semaine, est juste en face de l appartement, donc pas la peine de stocker et prévoir trop de courses. La station balnéaire est très propre, et que des espagnols, nous avons vu très peu de touristes étrangers. Il y a également une station service au coin de la rue, ainsi qu une boulangerie. Maria est très agréable, et repond rapidement aux questions.

Patri ist eine wunderbare, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit einer tollen Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Strand Malvarosa. Lage: Die Wohnung ist fußläufig etwa drei Minuten vom tollen Strand Malvarosa und seiner langen Promenade entfernt. Sie ist super durch Metro, Busanbindung und das Fahrradverleihsystem „Valenbisi“ angebunden. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist exakt so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und einigen Extras. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin: Patri ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns an der Metro abgeholt hat. Sie ist Gastgeberin von Herzen und wartet in ihrer Wohnung mit vielen Extras, die über das erwartete Maß an eine AirBnB-Wohnung hinausgehen, auf. Patri reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen.

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Francis fue perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue fácil y fluida, y nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. La casa estaba impecable, bien equipada y muy acogedora, ideal para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Además, tuvo el bonito detalle de dejarnos unas naranjas riquísimas y desayuno, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos aún más bienvenidos. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendamos al 100 %
