La maison indépendante de 60m2 confortable et rénovée, dispose de la climatisation réversible, d'une terrasse et d'un jardin privatif. 3 nuitées minimum sont requises en été et 2 hors saison, pour un séjour parfait jusqu'à 3 personnes. Bienvenue dans notre ancienne ferme du XIXe idéalement située avec vue sur le village de Saint Avit Sénieur avec son abbaye classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Le SPA, la salle de jeux (babyfoot, ping-pong et billard) ainsi que 8 vélos de différentes tailles sont à disposition. Le gîte est en outre équipé pour les tout petits (lit bébé, chaise haute, matelas à langer, baignoire bébé, bac à sable, balançoire, vélo adulte avec porte bébé, tricycle) Linge de maison et ménage en option

Relax, have a glass of wine and watch the hot air balloons float in the sky at sunrise or sunset. A truly tranquil spot situated in 4 acres of countryside - at the top of the gorgeous sloping Dordogne valleys. Use our bicycles to get around or have a BBQ outside and take in the scenery.
