A lovely purpose built annexe, with fitted kitchen to include washing machine,dishwasher,refridgerator,oven/hob and microwave.Lounge has TV with dvd,books and games,wi-fi,sofa-bed and French doors to garden with garden chairs/table and BBQ.The bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be unzipped and unlinked to make two singles if required and built-in wardrobes.Bathroom has shower over bath with basin and W.C.The property has underfloor heating and secure outside storage for bicycles etc.

The accommodation is perfect for a luxurious romantic retreat or as a base for outdoor activities. With immediate access to walking and cycling and an abundance of wildlife. Situated within the Lake District National Park, we are an easy 10 minute drive to Coniston Water and 15 minutes to Windermere.
