We are a quick drive from the major cities (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Knoxville) and The Great Smoky Mountains. 55" Smart TV, king size bed with quality linens, bathrobes, books, vinyls and a kitchenette with cooking supplies. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Updated apartment is on the ground level of a beautiful quiet ranch home. Located in a coinvent neighborhood in South Knox and includes all basic necessities for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom to feel at home. It is private with all provided amenities and no shared spaces, but owner's do live upstairs. Guests have dedicated parking by the entrance. WIFI provided. Walk to Baker Creek park, SoKno taco, 7 minute drive to Ijams and downtown, 3 minute drive to Sevier Ave breweries

1.6 miles to Downtown 2.2 miles to UT Campus 11 miles to TYS Airport Hang out in the Hot Tub, Make s'mores by the fire, then curl up on the memory foam mattress and watch a movie. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Private lake available for use less than a mile away. Fire pit and huge deck plus porch also available. Important notes: jacuzzi tub is high and not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues (there is no shower). Kitchenette only.
